We offer a $12 flat rate on all orders within Canada.

We usually ship orders within 3 - 5 business days from our studio on Bowen Island by Canada Post. Let us know if you are in a hurry.

We do our very best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes delays happen due to holidays, promotions, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, unfortunately we can’t assume responsibility for such inconveniences.

Please note that due to increased trade tariffs and cross-border regulatory costs, we are no longer able to process or ship orders to the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our neighbours to the south.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer credit card, Stripe and PayPay payment choices at checkout. For our Canadian clients we also offer the option of ordering direct and paying though e-transfer.

For e-transfer payments, simply let us know your order by email, stating your name, desired products (screenshot of your shop cart, or typed list), and mailing address. We’ll get back to you with your total, and ship your package fresh to you after receiving your e-transfer.

RETURNS

We believe in honest and lasting relationships. It matters to us that you love your products as well as your experience with us, and we are here to facilitate your healthy skin journey.

If for any reason you wish to return a product:

1. Within 30 days of the arrival of your package let us know by using the CONNECT form above.

2. We will then send you a confirmation notification. After receving it, please appropriately package the unused and/or opened product(s) and send it back to us.

3. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund for unopened & unused products to your original source of payment, or an online store credit for opened & tried products, which can be used at any time towards any of our products.

FRESH & GUARANTEED

We do our very best to get your products to you in perfect condition. If any product does not meet this standard, please let us know and we shall happily replace it. The same applies to any product that shows signs of spoil within the first 160 days of purchase. See more...

All our products are freshly made from scratch. Our rare level of purity is obtained from mindfully selected, fresh botanicals and minerals used in harmony with the incredible powers of colloidal silver and Lactobacillus Ferment as our method of preservation.

Please enjoy our products within 6 months of purchase. Our products keep fresh longer, when you keep them dry, cool, and clean.

Tips to keep our products fresh:

• Keep creams and deodorant cool until you use them. The creams and deodorant can easily last for 6 months+ at room temperature, and much longer (up to 2 years) if kept in the fridge during use.

• Keep creams and deodorant in the fridge during warm summers, or if you reside in a warm climate.

• Keep products clean by using the scoop and/or spatula!

• Keep all products out of direct sun heat/light. Butters, waxes, and oils will become softer or melt when exposed to warm temperatures. The plant butters may crystallize when heated (this does not affect the performance of the product in any way).

• Close products kept in the shower after use, so that water does not enter the jars.

• Always add any of our eye and/or facial powders TO water or lip mix, never add anything into the powder containers. Our cosmetic powders last 5+ years unless they are contaminated.

• Always use clean make-up brushes and sponges.

• We don't recommended stocking up on products; it is best order fresh when you're almost at the botom of your jar/bottle of gourmet skin food.

ALLERGY ALERT | Our products are created in a clean, non-sterile environment. Cross-contamination is likely. If you have allergies or any serious medical conditions, or are pregnant or nursing, please consult a medical professional before using our products. We recommend to always perform a skin patch test prior to incorporating our products into your routine (feel free to ask us for a sample).
