PAYMENT OPTIONS

We conveniently offer credit card and PayPay payment choices at checkout. For our Canadian clients we also offer the option of ordering direct and paying though e-transfer.

For e-transfer payments, simply let us know your order by email, stating your name, desired products (screenshot of your shop cart, or typed list), and mailing address. We’ll get back to you with your total, and ship your package fresh to you after receiving your e-transfer.

RETURNS

We believe in honest and lasting relationships. It matters to us that you love your products as well as your experience with us, and we are here to facilitate your healthy skin journey.

If for any reason you wish to return a product:

Within 30 days of the arrival of your package let us know by using the return form below.
We will then send you a confirmation notification. After receving it, please appropriately package the unused and/or opened product(s) and send it back to us.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund for unopened & unused products to your original source of payment, or an online store credit for opened & tried products, which can be used at any time towards any of our products.
