CCMRH AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Although we trust that you who approach us, and feel connected to our brand, will be a good fit for our affiliate program, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate membership if we determine that your business is not fitting to our brand or if you violate any of our agreement.
COMMISSIONS
Commissions will be paid once the amount of $100 is reached.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
LIABILITY
CCMRH will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement begins upon you are signed up for the program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated if your website and platform(s):
1. Incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law.
2. Contain content that promotes sexually explicit materials, illegal activities, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
3. Contain viruses, parasites, or software that has the ability to divert commission from other affiliates in our program or cannibalize existing sales.
4. Mislead the consumer with a website property that closely resembles our CCMRH website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe that you are CCMRH.
PROMOTIONAL RESTRICTIONS
As an affiliate, your website and platform(s) may not:
1. Contain false or misleading links or manipulate the referring affiliate URL information.
2. Bid in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns or participate in paid search with the affiliate links. Affiliate links can only be placed on your website or platform(s).
3. Infer your audience that they must click the affiliate link in order to obtain a coupon, promotion, or offer. All sales, promotions, and offers are available to all users and are not exclusive to you as an affiliate.
4. Post about false, expired, or misleading coupon, promotion, or offer.
MAINTENANCE
We reserve the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this agreement and our guidelines. We may notify you of any changes that need to be made on your site that we feel are appropriate.
You are responsible for the maintenance and updating of your site with the appropriate banners, affiliate links, and current coupon, promotion, or offer.
VOID TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to void transactions due to self-referral, order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations.
